If you do t put in the work to validate and review your agents, the most incomprehensible outputs of AI make it into your documentation, repos, and issue trackers.

SaaS isn't dying. But Micro SaaS is coming to an end.
Look at dropshipping.
The resemblance is almost perfect.
E-commerce didn't die, but the original dropshipping opportunity, where you'd put up a website, run ads, and forward the purchase to a supplier, has been squeezed to death.
Same thing is happening with Micro SaaS.
SaaS isn't going anywhere - but wrapping a popular API, renting the hosting, the databases, the compute, and slapping a pretty UI and a Stripe paywall on top... That opportunity is coming to an end.
We had a good run.
Here's what we need to do next 👇
Wispr Flow was a game-changer when it first came out and I hope they will continue to be very successful, but I just don't see how they can stay competitive?
There are so many alternatives now. Many are one-time payment or even free and open-source.
Local models are superior for most users so a subscription doesn't really make sense
Team seems super talented though, so I'm curious to see if they've got any surprises up their sleeve
Let me tell you a story
10 months ago, with my cofounder Hugo, we had a crazy idea
When everyone was betting on AI and launching SaaS to automate blogs and content, we thought
"Hey, why don't we just build a writing platform for people, not AI?"
It was a bad business idea, we already knew that.
But we both have 2 unfair advantages: time and passion.
Writizzy is our attempt to build the blogging platform we'd always wanted. Simple. Independent. Built for humans.
We had a lot of doubts the past few months, but recently, a few big companies signed up for our team plans, and we reached 1,000 created blog!!
The future is bright for Writizzy ☀️
Last month, I met @thevarundeep at the meetup I organized in Singapore.
He flew from Dubai to pitch me something.
His marketing agency connects brands with influencers, and one of his clients, @higgsfield_ai, was interested in sponsored tweets.
I never take money to say good things about companies (and never will), so I declined. Instead, I told him they could buy a sponsor spot on @trust_mrr and get in front of 200,000 visitors.
He left Singapore the next day at 6 am.
Later that day, he emailed me saying they wanted to buy all 20 sponsor slots.
I thought that would make TrustMRR look like one giant Higgsfield ad, so I told him they could have up to 5.
They bought all 5 for $7,495/mo!
That brings @trust_mrr MRR to an all-time high of $26,031 MRR 🎉
As a solo entrepreneur with a whopping marketing budget of $0, I’m surprised by how real companies spend money. They flew someone in to pitch a partnership and were eventually willing to spend $30k/mo.
I don’t know if it’s because of the AI race or because I now have a little audience, but it’s impressive to see how much startups are investing in marketing in 2026.
I paid $1,499 for an ad on @marclou's TrustMRR
it said "Higgsfield? stop getting scammed 👉 revid .ai/switch"
it lasted 13 minutes
Marc: "I can't leave that on the site"
me: "aaah sorry 😅"
refunded in full
Marc cannot go against a sponsor, I respect that
side note, Marc's reaction makes a TrustMRR sponsorship even more valuable imo, you know you're gonna be treated well there 👏

last 30 days we paid $2,565 to 17 creators
and Clipatra isn't even launched. it's in private beta
here's how it works:
- brands start a campaign and put money in a wallet
- small creators find relevant campaigns and post a video about the brand to their own audience
- creator gets a fixed fee when the video is approved + a bonus on views
that's literally it. no ads, no agency, no $5k retainer to find out if it works
I started it with my own products because I was tired of paying for reach I couldn't measure
2 months later there are 17 creators who got paid real money
now I'm looking for a few brands to join before the public launch
the first brands to launch a campaign also get a push from me. I'll post about your campaign on X and send it to every creator on the platform
and you only pay creators whose videos you approve. worst case you keep your money and get free distribution
reply or DM if you sell something people can film 👇
Why not just offer a paid endpoint for the crawlers? It's not like the demand is going to go away anytime soon. It serves nobody except CloudFlare and hardware companies when one side set up blockers and the other side spend money putting VPN SDKs in consumer TVs. I am also curious how the (Russian?) paywall bypass mirror archive.is is doing given that they are probably subject to similar amounts of traffic.
Okay seriously: please shut down your X reply bots 😡

~150 people came. The team at @eachlabs booked a wonderful venue and organized everything!
They even brought baklava, and I ate one on stage 😅 Tip: Twist the baklava upside down so it's doesn't drip.
My dear friend @alexwestco flew from Cyprus to give a little speech too. He's been going from 0 → $1M → 0 again. He summed up 10 years in a 10-minute speech.
I've been humbled by how welcoming Turkish people are. Everybody is just so kind and warm!

🇪🇺 Great data and actually I think we should use this kinds of data to completely turn around Europe's immigration policy:
- We should have super easy inflow for immigrants from countries whose previous immigrants have shown low crime rates
You're from Japan? Just fly here and you can stay forever
- We should then almost completely ban any inflow from countries whose previous immigrants have shown high crime rates with instant deportations
You're on the top of that list? You're not coming in, sorry. We have to keep Europeans safe first!
Then you can add special exceptions for people in those worst rated countries for high quality talent, think AI engineers, neurosurgeons, high IQ people, with no crime records. But that process will take a little bit longer than just flying into Europe
Then every year you check the data and you adjust the policy based on last 5 or 10 years of criminal history of immigrants from those places
I think this is the most common sense policy and it'll make Europe much safer

some people pointing out that taking a picture of your food and having AI analyze macros is inaccurate
I actually think it's fine, because 1) I scan nutrition labels when possible, and 2) weigh my food when useful
my meals are also quite simple and repetitive so even if I just log "eggs" my AI assistant knows it's my standard 6 medium-sized eggs. same for other meals

We went stargazing last night in New Zealand.
It is CRAZY that:
1. Our milky way galaxy is right there in the night sky EVERY DAY, but we just couldn't see it because of the city light pollution (and cloud)
2. We captured these pic with our iPhone last night! Our tour guide taught us a secret that if you put your phone on a tripod, ios will enable a special mode that allows you to take a 30-second long-exposure photo!!!
last 30 days we paid $2,565 to 17 creators
and Clipatra isn't even launched. it's in private beta
here's how it works:

In honor of GTA 6 and World of Warcraft Forever launching soon, I'm open sourcing a tool I built that lets you manage your AI agents while you game: Herdr HUD
I've been using it the last month while I play WoW and it's awesome
Basically it finds all your agents you're running in Herdr and puts them in a tiny widget that floats over anything on your screen.
When you click the floating button, your agents appear and you can see their output and message them
Anytime they message you, you get a small notification over the widget so you can see what they say then open the widget if you want to message them back
Allows you to game all you want without feeling guilty about not being productive!
I've literally got more work done while playing video games than most people do not playing them
Great for slower paced games like WoW or turn based games like Star Wars Zero Company or Slay the Spire 2
If you haven't used Herdr yet you need to. It's a free open source tool that runs in your CLI and makes it super easy to open and manage tons of coding agents at once across all your projects. This widget simply plugs into your Herdr instance
Link below for Windows, Mac, and Omarchy! And if you want to join my WoW Forever guild when that launches let me know too!

Give Poolday the footage and assets you already have, and it edits everything for you.
If something’s missing, it generates it on the fly.
Such a smart idea.
引用@alexeichemendaWe raised $11M to make video editors obsolete.
Not the humans, the tools.
Think about the hours you lose searching for assets, moving clips frame by frame, fixing animations, checking exports, and redoing the same edits over and over.

We recently bought a 100 year old farm in my home town.
For the year we've been building a home we'll never need to leave.
It's the biggest project I've ever taken on.
A few of the highlights:
- Nearly 9,000 sq. ft.
- Regal-style theater + speak-easy
- Full bar
- Arcade room
- Indoor/outdoor gym
- Design studio
- Indoor gun range
- Fresh water spring + creek
Still in awe some days of what design has made possible.
i know thieves gonna thieve, but it still shocks me every time https://t.co/rHttZyJqV0 files a takedown for a client only for the crooks to file a counter notice saying "NUH UHH WE PROMISE THESE ARE OUR PHOTOS!!!"
BROSEPH YOU'RE SCAMMING PEOPLE AND I'VE GOT RECEIPTS!!!!
when one disgruntled customer comes over from your competitor, it feels nice but isn't necessarily indicative of anything.
when multiple find you and repeat the exact same gripes as the others...now you're on to something.
go time.
can't believe it's only been two months.
what an absolutely absurd turn of events since my weed eater broke and sent me down a path to find some real replacement parts.

Filter out the knockoff crap brands on Amazon.
Sorry to brands like WNPETHOME, EHEYCIGA, YXYL, LU&MN, JOYIN, TOMY, GODONLIF, YOOJEE, LINGTENG, LANEIGE, VISCOO, BIODANCE, COOFANDY, BALENNZ, TOSY and LUENX.

what's the verdict on macOS/iOS 27?
don't feel like i've seen anyone talking about it during beta access and viewing apple's on marketing on it...i don't see a single interesting update, feature-wise. 🤔
I shipped a new MCP server in Alertly 🚀
This means you can connect Alertly directly to Claude or Codex and ask questions about the conversations you’re monitoring.
Instead of digging through alerts manually, you can ask things like:
"What are the highest signal leads this week?"
Zero To Paid lesson 1 is live 🚀
Pre-orders just became early access.
You get the full course as I build it.
$99 pre-sale ends this week. https://t.co/TYfjplNItZ
I've spent all day testing course platforms.
Nothing seems to solve the basic problems well.
Every platform is bloated with features for running an online business (that have nothing to do with courses).
Lots of breadth, but none solve the core problems well.
Big transaction fees make absolutely no sense unless it's a marketplace bringing customers.
I just want to host course content easily.
I am really fighting the urge to roll my own because I don't want to manage another piece of infrastructure.
Why can't people make simple, focused software that does one thing really well?
"SaaS is dead, code is cheap now"
Customers don't pay for code.
They pay to solve problems they do not want to deal with.
I can build any product I want, with or without AI.
Do I want to wake up and worry if my accounting SaaS is up-to-date with the latest tax regulations?
Or if my analytics software is in line with EU policy updates?
I'll happily pay someone else $50/mo to handle that.

So unfortunately a big batch of new fake accounts are impersonating me both here on X and on Instagram and YouTube.
Just know that:
- I never reach out on a DM.
- I don't sell crypto our courses.
- I don't offer investment advice or work on any investment/crypto related apps.
If I reach out to you on a DM or from an email domain that looks like simonhoiberg(.)com, but not quite - it's NOT me.

把薄封装Micro SaaS与早期dropshipping类比,是趋势观点而非行业统计。

Showing your landing page to your ideal customer in person and watching them scroll and click in real time while you force yourself to stay silent will teach you more about conversion rate optimization than a month of analytics.
建议让理想客户现场操作落地页并保持沉默观察,是低成本可用性测试。
